Rasmalai Modak

To prepare this tasty variation, you will require 250 grams of paneer, one cup of milk powder, half a cup of powdered sugar, increased petals, chopped pistachios, saffron, one tablespoon of milk, 2 drops of rasmalai essence and 2 drops of lemon yellow food colour.

The initial step is to grind paneer in a mixer to make a great paste. Now, prepare the paneer paste with milk powder, powdered sugar and saffron milk in a pan for 4-5 minutes. Prepare till the mix begins coming together. Now, include the food color and rasmalai essence. Mix well. Forming in a modak mould and garnish with pistachios and increased petals.

Dates and Nuts Modak

To make this version of modak, you will require one cup of seedless dates, one tablespoon of ghee, 2 tablespoons of milk, one cup of sliced nuts, & frac14; cup of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of sliced up pistachios and & frac14; poppy seeds.

Grind the dates with milk in a mixer to make a great paste. Include the ghee to a pan and include the date paste. Prepare for 4-5 minutes till the mix begins coming together. Include the cocoa powder, and blend well. Forming in a modak mould and garnish with pistachios and poppy seeds.

Rose Coconut Modak
