Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition launched at Rs 16.19 lakh, check details

By Auto TodaySkoda Auto India has launched the Kushaq Matte Edition. This is a special cosmetic version based on the Kushaq and is mechanically unchanged. The Matte Edition is available with both the 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI engines with manual and automatic transmission options, with prices starting at Rs 16.19 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition is prices at Rs 16.19 lakh (ex-showroom) for the 1.0 TSI manual variant. The 1.0 TSI automatic is priced at Rs 17.79 lakh. The 1.5 TSI is priced at Rs 18.19 lakh for the manual option while the DSG is priced at Rs 19.39 lakh (ex-showroom)

The 2023 Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition comes with a carbon steel matte exterior. This enhances the look of the SUV along with ORVMs, door handles, and rear spoiler which are finished in a glossy black colour. Unlike the Monte Carlo edition which gets blacked-out elements, the Matte edition continues with the chrome grille and the boot lid garnish.

In terms of features, the Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition comes loaded with features such as the 10-inch infotainment display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other features include automatic climate control, digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, sunroof, six speakers and much more.

The 1.0 TSI produces 115bhp and comes mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. The larger 1.5 TSI motor is offered with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG. This engine produces 150bhp.
