The diva kills it in the gym, practices yoga and maintains an overall healthy lifestyle. She regularly posts snippets of her workout sessions on Instagram in order to inspire her fans. And that’s exactly what she did today (March 27) with her new Monday Motivation post.

“Some good music and a lot of dancing – one of the best ways to start my week,” Shilpa wrote as she shared a video of herself dancing in the gym. The actress indulged in aerobic dance, and grooved to upbeat music. Watch her video here:

Dressed in a printed bralette and black tights, Shilpa looked comfortably stylish during her dance workout routine. In the caption of her Instagram post, she also mentioned the benefits of indulging in aerobics.

“Aerobic dance is a cardiovascular exercise which is a lot of fun as well. It conditions your heart and lungs, and burns fat when performed for 20 minutes and more,” she wrote.

“This type of aerobic activity burns fat efficiently as you have to move your arms and legs in coordination, for which the brain has to work too. More muscles involved means more calories burnt,” Shilpa wrote while adding that only two steps out of the entire routine.
