By India Today Lifestyle DeskNobel laureate Malala Yousafzai gave a rather savage reply when she was asked to choose between getting free tickets for Taylor Swift and Beyonce’s concert.

During an interview with Josh Gondelman on Saturday’s episode of NPR’s Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me show, Malala was asked to imagine that her Nobel Prize came with free concert tickets, but she would have to choose between Beyonce and Taylor Swift. To this, Malala replied by saying that she would demand tickets for both concerts as she has the Nobel Peace Prize.

“So when I was little, I used to, like, sing the Love Story song together with my friends. So that was like one of the first two songs we started singing back in Pakistan. And Beyonce, I mean, she’s a legend, so I would want both tickets. I have the Nobel Peace Prize and I demand both,” she said.

That’s not all! Malala Yousafzai even re-tweeted a post about her answer on the micro-blogging website. “I would never want any bad blood between us,” she wrote.

The internet was mighty impressed by Malala’s response. Her tweet garnered over 190k likes. “Such a great answer,” a Twitter user wrote. “Nothing but total respect for you. Wise choice,” read another comment on the tweet. “Icon,” wrote another Twitter user.

During the interview, Malala also recalled the moment when she got to know that she had won the Nobel Peace Prize. “Actually, I was still in school at the time. I was in my chemistry class that day and the school’s deputy head teacher called me outside,” she said.
