As per the information shared by their label BIGHIT MUSIC, J-hope has started his enlistment process and has already applied for the cancellation of his military postponement.

J-HOPE BEGINS MILITARY ENLISTMENT PROCEDURE

BIGHIT MUSIC shared a notice on Weverse and announced, “This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We would like to inform our fans that j-hope has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement. We will inform you of further updates in due course.”

They added, “We ask you for your continued love and support for j-hope until he completes his military service and safely returns. Our company will spare no effort in providing support for our artist. Thank you.”

ABOUT J-HOPE

J-hope was the first BTS member to release a solo album in 2022. His first solo record was titled ‘Jack In The Box’. The artist also released a documentary on the same which is currently streaming on Disney + Hotstar. He also revealed working on something interesting which involves street dancing, during his Weverse Live.

J-Hope is the main dancer for BTS and is a part of the rap line. J-hope celebrated his birthday recently and is 29 years old. The other member to enlist this year is likely to be Suga, who turns 30 this year.

BTS member Jin enlisted in December and is currently in military service. Meanwhile, Jimin will be releasing his solo record in March. His solo album is titled Face.
