This came after Elon Musk appealed to a US judge to dismiss a $258 billion racketeering lawsuit accusing him of operating a pyramid scheme to support the cryptocurrency Dogecoin.

Multiple lawsuits have been filed in response to Musk’s tweets on Twitter, which he owns.

Elon Musk’s investors accused him of deliberately pushing Dogecoin’s price over 36,000 per cent over two years and then letting it crash.

Responding to this allegation, Musk’s lawyers said that the investors never explained about how Elon Musk intended to defraud anyone or what risks he veiled.

Musk’s statements, “Dogecoin Rulz” and “no highs, no lows, only Doge,” were too vague to back a fraud claim, stated his lawyers.
