This would be the sixth generation of the mid-size sedan and will be expected to carry forward the strong legacy, which this nameplate has built over the years. The new Verna will be launched in India on March 21.

The 2023 Verna has a radical design, to say the least. It comes with a totally redesigned front, rear and side. The alloy wheels are completely new. The coupe-like rear looks very refreshing.

Among the exterior features of the Verna 2023 are segment-first Horizon LED positioning lamps. The look is accentuated by DRLs, which run across the face of the car. The shoulder line adds a bit of sportiness to the side. At the rear, you find Parametric connected LED taillamps, which make the car look quite handsome.
2023 Hyundai Verna Cabin
Step inside the cabin and you find premiumness all around. The cabin is spacious as well, all thanks to the increased wheelbase and width. Among the noteworthy features here are front heated/ventilated seats, segment-first switchable type infotainment and climate controller, Bose premium sound 8 speaker system, 10.25-inch HD audio video navigation system and digital cluster with coloured TFT MID.
2023 Hyundai Verna Expected Price
The new Verna price is expected to start at Rs 9.99 lakh and go up to Rs 17 lakh (ex-showroom). There will be 14 variants in all.
2023 Hyundai Verna Engine
The car has two engine options — 1.5-litre MPi petrol (115PS of maximum power and 143.8Nm of peak torque) and 1.5-litre Turbo GDi petrol (160PS of maximum power and 253Nm of peak torque). The transmission options include 6-speed MT and IVT automatic with MPi petrol engine, and 6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT with Turbo GDi petrol engine.
2023 Hyundai Verna Dimension
Coming to the dimensions of the new Verna, the car is 4,535mm long, 1,765mm wide and 1,475mm tall. It has a segment-leading 2,670mm wheelbase. The car has a 528-litre boot.
2023 Hyundai Verna ADAS
The new Verna has 30 standard safety features, Hyundai SmartSense with 17 Level 2 ADAS features, and more than 65 advanced safety features. Among the ADAS features are forward collision warning, forward collision-avoidance assist, blind spot collision, lane keeping assist, lane departure warning, driver attention warning and safe exit warning.
