JK Tyre adds two new SUV tyres to Ranger series, expands retail presence in Northern India

JK Tyre & Industries today launched two new SUV-focussed tyres — Ranger HPe and Ranger X-AT — to expand its Ranger series. The company also inaugurated six new JK Tyre Steel Wheels brand shops across the three states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Ranger is JK Tyre’s multi-terrain, high-performance, SUV tyre series. According to the company, Ranger HPe and Ranger X-AT feature advanced technologies, which are developed specifically to cater to the unique mechanics and driving dynamics of modern-day SUVs.

The new Ranger HPe is designed to cater to the fast-growing electric vehicle (EV) demand. It has been developed with XPolymer3 technology, making it a durable, safe and fuel-efficient tyre for Indian roads.

The new Ranger X-AT has been specially developed considering the varied terrains of the country. It boasts a technology that improves steering stability and tyre durability.

Talking about the six new JK Tyre Steel Wheels brand shops, they are located in Faridabad, Alwar, Nokha, Meerut, Bundanpur and Rewari. With the new additions, JK Tyre now has 221 brand shops in North India.

The brand shops offer end-to-end tyre sales and service facilities as well as computerised wheel alignment, wheel balancing, automated tyre changing, tyre rotation, nitrogen inflation and air care.

JK Tyre President (India) Anuj Kathuria said that the launch of Ranger HPe and Ranger X-AT will offer an elevated experience to SUV owners and augment our presence in this rapidly growing segment.

“We are bullish on network expansion through our Steel Wheel brand shops and the six new outlets are a step forward to reinforce our retail presence in this part of the country,” he added.
