Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 for Rs 44,999? What’s the catch?

Well, there’s no catch. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 launched in India nearly two years ago, hence the massive price drop (from MRP Rs 95,999). The phone has already received the Android 13 OS update and is also eligible for the upcoming Android 14 OS.

In terms of hardware, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a decent choice in 2023. Firstly, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 look more or less identical, therefore, there’s not much to miss in terms of design. Plus, you get to flex a folding smartphone for this price.

The cover display offers a 1.9-inch viewing area to check notifications or check calls. When unfolded, users can enjoy a 6.7-inch display. There are two 12-megapixel cameras outside and a 10-megapixel front camera on the second display panel. During our review, we found the camera performance good with some limitations at night. There’s a 3300mAh battery that offers an average performance.

Otherwise, if you are already in the Samsung ecosystem, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 ensures smooth performance with the Snapdragon 888 chipset. The phone also supports 5G, which could be useful to customers in India. Lastly, you can double the main cameras as a selfie camera.
